Why QuoteHQ exists.
I built QuoteHQ after watching good service businesses lose hours in the gap between winning work and getting paid — a proposal in one tool, a signature in another, an invoice in a third, and the books always a week behind. Four tools, four logins, and nobody actually chasing the money in real time except the owner, at night, from memory.
QuoteHQ puts the whole loop — quote, sign, invoice, get paid, book it — in one place, for a service business running its own company. Not a practice-management tool for managing someone else’s books; a tool for running yours.
This is early. There’s no wall of logos here — what’s real is on the product pages: the screenshots are the actual product, and I read every support email myself.

Plain pricing
One price per seat, in plain view on the pricing page. No demo-call-to-find-out-the-price, no hidden processing math buried in a contract.
Honest books
An invoice and a payment should post themselves to your books the moment they happen — not get re-typed a week later from memory, and not get called something they're not.
No lock-in
Your data is yours. What syncs to QuickBooks lives in your QuickBooks file, not just inside QuoteHQ. Leaving should never be the hard part.
